Cancellation Policy:

These are the terms and conditions noted on the contract:

1. Cancellations received within 7 days of booking – 10% of the booking total will be applicable.
2. Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to arrival- 15% of the booking total will be applicable.
3. Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival- 25% of the booking total will be applicable.
4. Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival- 30% of the booking total will be applicable.
5. Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival – 100% of the booking total will be applicable.
6. No shows – No shows on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.

• The amounts shown above are cumulative. For instance, if a booking is made within 45 days of the Event, a deposit of 75% will be due within 7 days of the Booking; if a booking is made within 30 days of the Event, a deposit of 100% will be due within 7 days of the Booking.
